Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is a group of 7 volunteers who live within, represent and act in the best interest of our community according to our Bylaws, Covenants, and Rules and Regulations.
The Gates Board of Directors meets on the 4th Thursday of every month at the Clubhouse from 6 pm – 8:00 pm unless otherwise noted. Residents are welcome to attend the Open Session, which is generally the first thirty minutes of the meeting. If you would like to address the Board, it is suggested that you contact email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org, so that time will be allowed for you to speak.
We currently have two committees:
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) currently has three members. This committee functions as an extension of the Board. They review applications submitted regarding but not limited to, fencing, sheds, painting your home, tree removal, and landscaping.
The Social Committee currently has four members. This committee puts on events at the Clubhouse for our community.
