The Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 6:30 PM at The Gates Clubhouse. Please arrive a few minutes early to check in.

We look forward to seeing you there! To ensure all necessary business can be conducted, please return your proxy by Friday, November 28, 2025. This year, two director positions are up for election. If a quorum is not met, the active directors will appoint members to fill these open positions. Following the election or appointment, the Board will convene in January to elect officers for the new term.
