Fun Fact
The Gates is a highly desired community. This is mainly due to our location and the pride our residents take in their curb appeal.
|
Please ensure you do your part and maintain your home, including lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming, and edging), maintaining flower beds, pruning trees, pressure washing (home, driveways, and sidewalks), painting (w/ACC Approval), and repairing shutters and fencing.

Gates
Front Exit Gate - The front exit gate repair has taken longer than anticipated due to vendor delays. We have been given Friday, June 9th, as the installation date.
|
Rear Entrance Gate - Insurance and vendor delays have also impacted this repair. We should have an update on the installation very soon.
|
Residents - please remind all visitors (family, friends, deliveries) to use the callbox for entry and never enter through the exit gate.
|
If the gates malfunction, please use alternate means to enter the community and email the board ASAP (note posting on Facebook does not notify the board).
|
Residents should never push the gate open with their vehicles; this will cause extreme damage to the operators and gates.

Pool
|
|
|
We hope everyone is enjoying their time at the Pool. Please be respectful of others and the pool area. Here are a few items to keep in mind:

- Key fobs are required for entry (if your keyfob doesn't work, contact the board)
- Pool gates should remain closed at all times
- Do not climb the fence (this has caused damage to the playground pool gate)
- An adult must accompany children at all times; no exceptions
- Clean up after your party
- Return furniture to its proper location
- Close umbrellas after use
- Grills are not permitted on common property
- Smoking or Vaping around the Pool or playground area is prohibited
