Welcome Spring!


The cold weather has taken its toll on many plants, shrubs, and lawns. This is the perfect time to trim shrubs and get rid of unwanted weeds to ensure you have a healthy lawn. As you are improving your property, please obtain approval from the Architectural Control Committee for any exterior additions or modifications. The application can be found on the community website.

The Social Committee would like to thank everyone for participating in recent events. The Valentine's Cookie Decorating Event and Spring Yard Sale went very well! Please review the community calendar for upcoming events.

Rear Gates

We have been working with the manufacturer to warranty the broken hinge. Supply delays and staffing issues have affected this being done promptly. However, we received word that it is finally in the works to be completed. We do not have an ETA, as this is a custom gate.

Pool News

Pool Delay

Pool Opening Delay

As you may have noticed, we are on a mission to improve the association's common areas. The Pool project has been ongoing since last summer. However, we are happy to announce we have a contractor scheduled to start within the first few weeks of April.

We are excited about the upcoming improvements, including replacing the concrete deck, adding Kool Decking, and repairing the Pool Surface.

Renovations are scheduled to take a few weeks, weather permitting.
Although we are delaying the opening date, we were able to work it out with the pool company to extend the closing date by the same amount of time.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. It will be worth it!

Community Reminders

  • Please do not allow your pets to roam free; pets must be on a leash if not within a fenced yard. This includes cats.
  • Parents, please ensure your children pick up after their pets during walks.
  • Do Not Feed the Geese!
  • Please help keep our community clean by picking up any trash you see.
  • Visitors should use the appropriate means to enter the community and refrain from entering through the Exit Gate.
    • Helpful tip - ensure your delivery service has your directory code for quicker access.
  • The board does not manage the community's Facebook page. Have a board-related concern or question? Email the Board or Sentry Mgt.
  • Burning material of any kind is prohibited on any homesite or common property.
  • Parents make sure the Playground Gate is closed upon leaving.
  • Riding dirt bikes, go-carts, and four-wheelers in the community are prohibited.

  • Before making any additions or modifications to the exterior of your property, including the removal of trees or installing a satellite dish, you will need to gain approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). More information can be found on the community website or contact Sentry Mgt.
  • All trash/recycle bins should be removed from the curb within 24hrs after pick up and should be stored out of view from the street. Visit atlanticwaste.com/pooler for pick-up schedules. Items must be placed in your Bin(s) for pick up. Yard Waste should be placed in brown paper bags.
  • Pet waste stations can be located to the left of the clubhouse, at the triangle, and outside the rear gate.
  • You need to notify the board if you need to park at the clubhouse overnight or require the use of a POD.
    • We all love a little R&R; please be courteous to your neighbors and minimize noise levels after 9 PM.
